David Steele & Associates Real Estate Brokerage Firm located at 165 West Athens Street, Winder, GA would like to welcome Jeff Lipscomb. Jeff is married to the former Michelle Gresham, Daughter of “Poncho” Owen Gresham and Joanne Foster Gresham of Statham. Jeff and Michelle reside in Statham, GA. They have two sons, Ian 8, and Scott 5. 

 

Jeff is a graduate of Samford University located in Birmingham, Alabama. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biblical Studies in 1999 at the age of 35. He began work on his Master of Divinity @ Mercer University in 2001. At the end of 2001, Jeff and Michelle were expecting their 2^nd child. Upon the birth on their second son, Jeff decided to concentrate on his family and career.

 

Jeff brings with him, 12 years of retail management experience at store and district levels. He also was self employed while attending college. In addition, Jeff has over eight years of outside sales experience with commercial, industrial, and residential accounts.

 

Jeff has become very active in his wife’s “hometown” since relocating here in 2000. He is a member of the Winder Rotary Club where he currently serves as the Membership Chairperson. He served as President for 2006-2007. 

 

Jeff also is a member of First Baptist Church, of Winder. He has taught an Adult 20’s-30’s Class for four years. Currently he is teaching the 6^th, 7^th -8^th Grade Class. He also has served three years on the Sunday School Nominating Committee recruiting teachers and leaders.
